Administrative clerk – bilingual
Lacharité McComber Kuczynski, an expanding accounting firm in the heart of Old Montreal, is looking for an administrative clerk to welcome visitors, support management and other administrative tasks.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Receive and handle calls
- Welcome visitors
- Provide support to the Senior Assistant and the entire leadership
- Order office supplies and meals
- Prepare the meeting rooms
- Respond to customer requests and direct them to the right people
- Write letters and enter data into the computer system
- Any other related duties
Requirements
- Studies in administration or related domain
- Experience in an accounting firm or service company – would be an asset
- Bilingualism, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
